Children learning basketball skills

Basketball

Our flagship program teaches fundamental basketball skills including dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. Students learn proper form, game strategy, and teamwork while building confidence on the court.

Skill Development

Ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and defensive positioning

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00-11:30 AM

Children learning tennis skills

Tennis

Our tennis program introduces young players to proper technique, court positioning, and match strategy. Using age-appropriate equipment and modified courts, students build hand-eye coordination and learn sportsmanship.

Skill Development

Forehand, backhand, serving, volleying, and court movement
